We offer individual batch sizes from single pieces, preproduction series and production runs (in the case of a bottle neck with the serial production supplier and difficulties with the startup of the production).
With regards to the general feasibility and the development of the production engineering we work very closely with our customers to develop the processes for later serial production:
- Material evaluation and final choice for the preproduction and serial production
- Evaluation of the production time
- Continuing process check to optimize production time and production cost
- Assembly work and testing of the components to customer requirement
To customer request, we also undertake the full project management and deliver fully documented assemblies at the end of the process, including complex supply chains. We are able to offer assembly groups, which includes free issued parts, purchased parts, partially sub-supplied parts, externally coated or externally tested parts.
