QUALITY CONTROL
To secure stable production processes and steady precision our complete production area is air-conditioned.
We work to the rule „production-orientated measuring“. Our QA inspectors are trained very well and have to their disposition, very extensive measuring and test equipment.
This consists of:
- different coordinates-measuring-machines with
- gear software
- scan-function
- direct-interface for CAD, for the inspection of data-files
- different control-machines for form, profile and location, e.g. cylindrical shape, concentricity, roundness (rotating measurement)
- special measurement machine for shafts and axles (e.g. crank- and camshaft)
- measurement machines for contour
- Tester for surface-finish and hardness
- NDT-inspection (dye-penetrant and magnetic-particle)
- comprehensive endoscopy
- tensile test facility to evaluate the materials tensile strength - internal and external
- laboratory-examinations to material and structural conditions - external
- X-ray examination, CT investigation
